Apartments for "Alexan at"
06/14/08 by anonymous: I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. My husband and I lived in the Alexan for 9 months in 2003-2004 (it had just switched to the new ownership). We had several very neat cats, and we paid quite a bit of money in fees so they would be allowed (at least an additional $500, if I recall). When we were ready to leave, there was a coffee stain on the carpet near the more

The best shape I have ever been in my 36 years was when I lived at the Alexan. I was a size zero then. If I couldnt sleep in the middle of the night I could get up and go to the gym and I actually felt safe. Very clean very more
07/14/04 by email@example.com: This was my first Florida home and I really have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and really looks out for their residents! We never had any problems with our apartment or the security there.
The only issue I could possibly complain about was other resident's not respecting the property. Having their guests come flying into the parking lots, blaring stereos & horns more

I have to be honest I did try to shop around but Alexan is my home and I want to keep it that way until I purchase a home. The staff members are friendlyand very helpful. This is probably the best staff so far in my experience at Alexan. I would more

But, the turn over in the front office has been frequent, but they may have finally settled down with a semi-permanant group. BUt, the office staff has always been helpful for the most part.
The complex has a parking garage, more

If you complain them about it, they say its Florida ignoring the fact they they have pest issues in their building. 2. Office staff is not friendly at all. Some of them have ego issues. 3. No Parking. If u come home late at night, more

The first night we slept in our new apt we slept on the floor bc we hadn't moved the furniture yet and we had gotten a lot of bites from something. Within the first week I had went to the office with my concerns that maybe the apt had more
05/10/14 by Renter19929: I moved in about a month ago, and I'm generally pleased with the apartment. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, and the maintenance staff is impeccable. I once called management to put in a request and had a maintenance guy stop by 2 minutes after I hung up the phone! There are a couple negatives. 1) Storage. The closets here are very small, and I've had to get creative. 2) more
