07/29/13 by firstname.lastname@example.org: I have been living here since June 2010. I haven't had any problems getting anything fixed. My A/C went out and they had Hawn come out the next day, put a new unit in. I had a leaky kitchen faucet, they fixed it that day and replace my sprayer. They were very helpful for me when it came to my financial problems when I was in disability . They worked with me at Mercier Realty and more

The old owners didn't want to pay the money to fix it correctly so I have to move out of my apartments off and on for months so they could fumigate. New management has taken over, and from what Im told by people who were here with old management, they are great. They appear to be slowly upgrading and cleaning up old messes more

However, the owner is very rude, took forever to get anything fixed, employed a nice but not very competent maintenance person who would have to come by 2-3 times to fix a single issue. The owner/landlord more
04/18/10 by anonymous: Location of apartments and indoor parking is the most positive points. However, these apartments are overpriced, construction itself, despite looking solid, is not well-made: noisy pipes, bad insulation (cold wind blowing through windows during winter), inefficient heating (cold air blows for 5 minutes before any heat comes up), air-conditioning is VERY noisy.
