You have your usual complaints, like trashy neighbors letting their kids run around and scream at the top of their lungs, couples fighting at all hours of the night, being able to hear anyone in the building so much as sneeze, etc. The place is a decent size for two people or maybe a couple with a child. But the buildings have more

The office manager threatened to come after us for something they have no right to do. They are very fake, rude, inconsiderate people and only care about your money. The apartments are nothing special for the amount of money you are paying more

The on-site management team is friendly and responsive from the manager and assistant manager to the maintenance folks. It is very well located in South Minneapolis. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Minnehaha Falls. It is just across from the 46th Street Light Rail Station as well. In more

Across the street from the MIA, a few blocks from eat street and even within walking distance of Nicollet Mall. I loved it there. The staff regularly hosts grill outs and get-togethers to foster a more
09/07/08 by firstname.lastname@example.org: This was a terrible apartment. First off, the rent agreement was free electricity. The management would harass the tenants if they felt that they were using too much electricity. The laundry room closed at 11pm, because "it was too noisy for the maintenance man who lived next door." The maintenance man also had health problems and would constantly use this as an excuse to not more

My apartment is beautiful, maintenence is quick and thorough and office hours are very convenient. I moved in to a brand new, never used washer and dryer in my unit! The gym is slightly small but being open 24 hours is great! Trash is picked up regularly so you don't have more
