Gessner Park

1776 Gessner, Houston, TX 77080

06/18/14 by anonymous: Not a bad place to live, but they have rules of course only apply to some, for example do not allow pets and the manager has also several residents, the pool was only open from 11am to 6pm Monday to Saturday! ! Besides having to buy a bracelet to enter. Allow some parking in prohibited places and so on more

05/25/14 by ashu223: Don't know why all the hate for this place. I lived here from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013 as a College Intern and I loved every moment I spent here. Great place, Great neighbourhood, the Manager John is actually a very nice man if you do not try to act too smart. He was never rude or bad to me because I followed whatever he said. The only significant CON of this place is that there are lot of more

07/22/14 by anonymous: I lived at the Park Regent for just over a year, and overall it was a very positive experience and I was very satisfied with my apartment. The apartment is in a great location, with everything in Mount Pleasant right outside and Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan a short walk away. You don't have to go far at all for good restaurants, supermarkets, and other stores. It's also great for more

08/14/14 by anonymous: Hidden gem! We have lived in our one bedroom apt overlooking Meridian Hill Park for six and a half years. Our apt is flooded with natural light, and we have enjoyed many many sunsets, dinners and drinks on our balcony as we watch dusk turn into night. The rooms are HUGE. Unlike newer buildings which barely fit a bed, our room has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, crib, desk, bookshelf and more

06/05/14 by anonymous: When I moved in the rent was not too bad. Two years leaks caused severe kitchen issues that were not taken care completely until five years later and still there were problems. Then in 2010 another leak and got the run around by management on repairing it. It wasn't until 2012 that repairs were made. The building may have been beautiful once, but time has not been kind. Yes Mr. Gelman spent more

1375 Kenyon Street NW, Washington, DC 20010

08/22/14 by Verified Resident: Upside: Great management, great maintenance staff. Dog friendly! Downside: No real sense of a community. Smoke can leak from one apartment to the next, so be sure if you're a non-smoker, your neighbors are also non-smokers. If you get an apartment facing 14th Street, get a white noise machine. There is always a fire engine, street performer, boom box, kids, whatever, making a TON of noise. more

02/06/14 by anonymous: I don't live here, but recently toured and thought it seemed like a nice and well-kept, quiet community. They are renovating the units which feature wood-look floors, stainless appliances and huge closets. We looked at a 2 bedroom and the living area was quite big. The corridors could use a bit more lighting, but it did look like newer carpet and paint. The laundry rooms seemed more
