Best things about living here - close to the metro, grocery, shopping, and 3 major highways (all within about a mile) and great quiet neighborhood that is still close to everything you need; great staff that responds to your questions and needs very quickly and nicely; great service technicians that respond within 24 hours more

CONS: There was always just enough parking for residents, so whenever guests came by (and were not towed...this rarely happens, though the complex threatens it all the time) it was hard to find parking.
