02/14/14 by JABuongiorno: I lived at Northbrook Apartments for 6 years. I first lived in a newer one bedroom apartment. It was a very spacious and sunny floor plan. Then I moved to an older 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that was also very spacious and sunny! The only problem with my 2 bedroom is that it would be quite hot in the summer. The AC unit had trouble keeping up and hopefully it's been replaced. I always enjoyed more
07/05/13 by nk2013: I loved living here, Connie and Tessa (management) were so amazing and easy to work with. 360 rooftop views of downtown and the water, elevator, garage, secure entrance. I never heard a single neighbor, lots of windows and light, walking distance to Safeway/Metropolitan market/Starbucks/Parks and trails and Alki. 10/10!!! more
03/10/14 by anonymous: I currently live at North park Village. Have lived here for 4 years during which time the management has been responsive to any issues I have raised. The rents are fair and reasonable compared to other units in this area. I am very happy with what is offered. I can only assume the negative reviews were people that have issues wherever they chose to live. more

The building is built like shit, my apartment was like living inside a drum, it's sounded like 500lb fat asses were playing one of those faggy dance games above me when In reality they were just two skinny dudes walking around. Fuckig cardboard for walls and floors and ceilings. Everytime the prick upstairs moved my walls would crack more

My favorite part is how kid friendly it is. its hard in Manteca to have an apt place that allows children to play on the grass. more

The manager, Briget Hiser, is very helpful and makes sure to get to the point if you ever have a concern. Although the complex looks old on the outside, the inside is more modern. Each room is very spacious and accurate to the dimensions on their website and brochure. Current prices run between $730-$830, more
