07/26/14 by anonymous: I was a victim of sexual assault while I lived at Onion Creek Luxury Apartments on 10701 S. IH 35 in my apartment and a police officer accompanied me to the office so that I could inform the manager that I was giving 30 days notice pursuant to Texas Property Code 92.0161. The manager had me to sign/date and she signed/dated a "TERMINATION OF LEASE- SEXUAL ASSAULT-TX" that stated my more
02/21/12 by ExpertRater: The Cottage apartment appears to be well organized but don't be fooled the staff especially Katie (Asst. Mgr.) has a very nasty attitude (You will experience it after you rent)......read your lease very careful......there is a pest problem in the complex.......spiders entering inside the apartment........parking problems.......pets (dogs) are very plentiful.......I wished I had believed to the more
08/28/13 by firstname.lastname@example.org: I am really disappointed and upset, so today I took my kid to school (Perez elementary school) I took my daughter to class. So when I came back to get my car it wasn't there no more, so I asked someone that works in the community and they say the tow truck took my car so I found out it was my own community where I live, so I went to the office to talk to the manager (Lisa) of my more
08/27/14 by Verified Resident: The property is very well kept for the most part. The neighbors are friendly, I made friends in my first week here. Maintenance is slow but you may not even need it if you get the right unit that hasn't sat up for a while vacant. The staff is easy on the eyes and professional. Overall 3.9 out of 5. I stayed at better properties but also much worse as well. This property is more of a best buy more

I later found out the maintenance guy quit after my first request. The company never contacted me and I was forced to move out due to more
11/19/13 by anonymous: My roommate and I moved to Ladera when it first opened which was very exciting for us because everything was new! Our first year flew by and went so well we just renewed for another. The front office is always super friendly and know me (and my dog) by name:). Another plus is the gym, it has everything you could possibly need. Love it! My only issue when we first moved in was parking but more
01/28/14 by anonymous: Don't move here! If you like to hear people screaming for their life this is the place for you. Multiple assaults and break ins happen in this parking lot. I've witnessed 6 in one year. When I speak to the police, they tell me this is a dangerous complex and are there all the time. Some of the other things are : water regularly turned off for up to 2 days with no notice, almost no more
