If you call the manager she will tell you flat out, we can do what we want. We are private. So unprofessional!!!! They are not honest with their charges. They will force you to stay as well after your lease ended. more
05/23/14 by anonymous: When I first moved into the Aventine of Alexandria (as it was called then), I was more than a little nervous after I read some reviews here. I loved the floor plans. But reviews talked about vermin, unhelpful staff, dangerous neighbors, and poor maintenance. Bainbridge bought the complex shortly after they moved in. Since they took over the building, my experience has been a very good one. more

Harassed by a former maintenance man who went into my apartment without my permission because he thought I was "pretty". I always was on call 24-7 and after all this work in this place seeing all the complaints just makes me sick to my stomach. We as Managers always respected all of you , that was and is your home. Tords the end I was worn out and more
12/30/13 by sjmeyer: Very unhappy. Coffee machine is always broken, gates never work, people doing drugs in the hot tube. Plus the pool open who don't live here park at the office and track sand into the hot tub and pool since it's not locked. My bedroom was by the stair well and it sounded like a bunch of elephants stomping down the stairs. When I broke my lease they told me I should of reported it to more
07/25/14 by anonymous: I will start off this review by saying that I have lived in a couple of brand new apartments in Tampa. I was looking for a new place and couldn't find anything I liked in Tampa (I am picky after dealing with a rough situation at my last apartment). It seemed like rental rates went up about $200 a month in the last year or so. It was crazy! I decided to look outside Tampa before I decided to more
