Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This is the WORST place I have ever lived. The apartments are cheap; walls are paper thin. Maintenance slow to respond. The apartment above mine flooded while I was on vacation, which in turn flooded my place. It sat soaking for 2 weeks covered in mold and mildew, and the leasing office did nothing (yes, they did know about it, too). Guess who got stuck with the clean up - ME. Guess who is still getting sick from the mold and mildew - ME. Guess who will be calling a lawyer soon - ME. Dog crap everywhere outside...forget taking a walk. Make sure you stay on the concrete or your shoes will be stinky and soiled. Don't make the same mistake I did...find another place to live.
