Was considering here, but the leasing staff basically shot me a line of bull when showing me around...
Basically, you're paying $$$$$ for a shoebox apartment.
Leasing agent told me I had to pay for water, I asked if there were individual meters for each apt, she says YES, there was an antenna in the ceiling that beamed my billing information over a satellite to the billing company in Florida. What a crock of ----!
They had absolutely NO specials going on in the 2 months I looked for a new place.
And they wanted a $175 REDECORATING FEE as a deposit (non-refundanble)>
I can only imagine all the stipluations in their lease.
Although I never lived here, good thing I didn't choose it, I think I would have been sorry!
