I lived here for a year and overall was satisfied. The office staff was great, always friendly, and planned various activities each month for the tenants. During my stay I encountered a few problems only one of which was due to the apartment itself the rest due mainly to the tenants.



1. My water bill. It started at $12.50 then after a couple of months reached about $75! I lived alone in a one bedroom without a washing machine. The staff was excellent about helpng take care of the problem and even contacted the water company for me, it took a couple of months but the problem was resolved.



2. Parking could be a problem on the weekends, often times you couldn?t find a space in front of the apartment, but the parking areas were well lit. No big deal.



3. Dog poop which i unfortunately stepped in several times because pople wouldn?t take thier animals to the designated areas.



Overall my stay was excellent aside from the few things above, which were really minor. Anytime i had a problem the staff was quick, friendly and eager to help Most of the small problems i had were due to some of the residents, but my immediate neighbors were very friendy. I miss living there.
