When I first came to sign the lease, I was told by a staff member not to wear thongs in the pool, not to come into the office in an agressive way, and that if the lease wasn't cancelled in the proper way and fees were not paid, they would find us! I found these comments very offensive. What kind of place will tell these things to a customer!In a professional environment you would not here these type of comments!

I like the apartment inside... it is clean and a good size. HoweverI have had a few problems:

1. I live in a second floor, my neighbors (downstairs) could here me when I am in my room or in the bathroom. I could hear them as well. Also, if my dog walks to fast, I could feel the floor vibrate. In other words, ceilings, walls, and floors are very thin.
2. Maintenance....
- The electricity went out and it took them two days to fix it. I was two days without air conditioner and you could imagine what happened to the food I had in the refrigerator.
- The door to my den has been broken since day one. I have called maintenance several times and they haven't been able to fix it.
- Garbage! It's a big problem in this community. They have only one area for garbage in the whole community. On the weekends there is excess trash all over that designated area. As you drive out of the community you will see a large pile of trash in the floor beside the garbage.
