This is my first apartment in a big city and I couldn't be happier...neither could my dog! It's very pet friendly which makes my dog very very happy. She always has someone to play with and the dog park make sure her safety is top priority.

I have had some maintenance issues (as with any apartment) and they have come immediately to fix any problem.

We had a problem with a noisy neighbor and after calling the 3rd time we haven't heard BOO from him. That was very comforting.
The gate is broken alot but tailgaters would come through with or without...so that doesn't matter. I have been to lots of apartments here in town, but it doesn't matter. They are always broken.

The neighbors are great and so is the location. Very close to Target and the interstate!

I would recommend (and do) to everyone!
