Who wrote some of these comments the staff' THis is little ghetto! and the office staff are liars and are crazy! Oh yeah you are great at leasing time, but then when you need a repair they can not stand you! If you like to live in the ghetto or the hood, move on in! If not take my advice pay the extra rent and live somewhere safe!

Okay... I used to work at this property when it was the Gables back in 2000-2001 and the issues I saw were the RESIDENTS! Maybe if some of you kept your apartments clean and quit harboring dangerous animals, maintenance wouldn't mind going in to fix things! Oh yeah...PAY YOUR DAMN RENT ON TIME and CONTROL YOUR BAD KIDS!!! More often than not residents would come in and mistreat the staff by yelling and cursing at them, and all they could do is stand there and take it and cry afterwards. I used to have to ask people to either conduct themselves like they have some sense or leave. The problem is, once someone here rents an apartment and signs a lease, they think they own everything on the property INCLUDING the STAFF! It didn't take me long to say "To hell with this..." and I left!!! I feel bad for any staff member who has to put up with this glorified babysitting. They need a website for all the property managers and leasing consultants who want to put crappy residents on blast, because after all, it's the residents who make the community what it is, NOT the apartment community staff!!!

I would just like to say amen to that. I am currently a leasing agent, and I agree with you 100%.
