I HAVE LIVED AT ARBOR HILLS FOR 2 YEARS NOW "2005-2007".I HAVE FOUND THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD.I HAD LIVED ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR,BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I JUST RECENTLY MOVED TO THE TOP.I JUST COULD NOT STAND TO LISTEN TO THE NOISEY NEIGHBORS ANY LONGER.EXCESSIVE MUSIC NOISE,RUNNING AROUND THE APARTMENT,AND SHOWERING AT 2 O` CLOCK IN THE MORNING,COME ON!!!IF YOU PLAN TO MOVE IN, I RECOMMEND GETTING A TOP FLOOR APARTMENT ONLY!ALL IN ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND SIGNING A LEASE HERE.THE OTHER REVIEWS SIMPLY BASHED THEM,SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM SOME CREDIT. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
