i have lived here since 2006 and I really like living here. No problems with bugs, or cleanliness issues. Yes, the compactor being outside the gate is a hassle, but I wouldn't let it change my mind about living here. No loud or boisterous neighbors or anything like that. I do wish the gate actually worked sometimes, and that I didn't have to walk a country mile to get my mail, but other than that I have loved my two years here. STOP COMPLAINING FOLKS!!!!!
