My boyfriend and I just moved here with his best friend a few weeks ago and so far its been a terrific place to live. I really haven't seen any of the problems that other people have commented on. That might be because of the new management' They have built a wooden enclosure for the dumpster so that it is no longer visible from the road and I've never seen the trash over-flowing on the streets! This community in no way resembles the ghetto from what I've seen. The property is kept very nicely with beautiful landscaping and even a park for little kids to play at. The pool is great and so is the little work out facility! The apartments themselves are very nice too. The ONLY complaint I could make is that the floors are a little thin because I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. As far as the staff goes, I've yet to meet an unfriendly person. They've all been very nice and very helpful in our application process. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Why should new residents NOT be able to post? that makes no sense, they LIVE there! I think this site should remove all the lies that are posted. Seriously? Some of the stuff that's posted seems like lies. If the apartments were doing half the stuff that people say they are, they'd not be able to be open to the public.

Um, I have every right to post my opinion here. I live here. End of story. Its been over 2 months since I moved in and my original review still stands. I am in no way affiliated with Arbor Hills. I am just a current resident. Just because I don't agree with your opinion does not make my review "non-applicable." "Also, you seem a bit like an advertisement, and to know certain particulars about the property's staff, which raises some skepticism regarding your submission." --I seem like an advertisement? Maybe, but only because I was addressing the issues that most people were complaining about. How do I know certain particulars about the property's staff? All I said was that they were nice and friendly. Anyone could know that if they lived there and went through the application process. Sorry if you've had bad experiences, but that doesn't mean that everyone else has. I have the same right to post my opinion as you do, but you don't have the right to label mine "non-applicable." Sorry, it doesn't work that way.

I'm afraid it DOES WORK THAT WAY. --TWO MONTHS!? -- HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT MANAGEMENT CHANGES? THAT WAS LAST YEAR!! HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE WOODEN ENCLOSURE? HOW COULD YOU NOT SEE THE PILES OF TRASH??? The dumpster has always had a wooden enclosure. Didn't you see the pics?! If you just moved in then forget it -- your review is RIDICULOUS here on this forum. Also, you seem a bit like an advertisement, and to know NOTHING, which raises some skepticism regarding your submission. Is your review completely unbiased, or do you have a relationship with Arbor Hills? It wouldn't be the first time an employee has submitted a review. ---BOTTOM LINE: POORLY MANAGED BY B.L.
