I have been looking for new places around town. I viewed this property and found it to be pretty nice, considering where it is located. I'm sure traffic is not the best to get into or out of, but....
Most of the reviews or the bad reviews all seem to be done without stating there name. Are you afraid because you know you are actually the problem, or need to be coddled and pampered' I am in noway affiliated with nor have or do live there, but you so called 'adults need to grow up and be an adult'

Thank you. I agree. The traffic is really the only problem I've found and it really has nothing to do with the company. The area is nice, the staff is nice, and the apartments are nice. But if you so much as say one nice thing about the place the people on this site attack you and accuse you of working for the company. Ridiculous.

Anonymity is important here. If the staff were to know who wrote this stuff, surely they would impose some prejudice toward either the writer or the writers' homes. We are precisely "afraid," and "adult" enough to admit it. I would hate to have my rent go up because the manager found out it was me giving the bad reviews. My previous reviews are read by and even get some smart responses from the staff here, so I know it is effective. Also, my username is a dead giveaway - not something stupid like yours. Besides, you don't even live here notyourmother, so you can keep yours to yourself! Oh, won't you be my neighbor! - Mr. Rogers

I am actually looking for an apartment in Nashville right now. My husband and I are used to quality Apts but are looking for one to save money right now while we have a home built. I don't feel like it is an accurate review if you don't live in the apartments and have never lived here. I think you should have just kept the information to yourself and let the people who actually live there do the rating. You are as bad as Sarah Palin saying she has foreign policy experience because she can see Russia from her house.Just because you drive by the complex doesn't mean you know what it is like to live there.
