Find Another Place From: fiddleman Date posted: 10/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   If you want to live in an apartment that provides opportunity to walk out yor door and immediatly be exposed to pet droppings, this is for you. Everyone takes the opportunity to allow their pets to exercise at the nearest grassy area to th complex they are in. Management does nothing more than pay lip service to the problem. Exterior maintence (streets, etc) is very poor and there seems to be no plan to cure. The gates are left open more than closed as result of poor maintenance rendering the idea of security invalid. Pest, (bugs, spiders, etc.) are a problem, although usually you can get treatment for. Problem is this is a temporary fix, they soon return. Last, but certainly not least, rent increases are automatic every renewal period. Matters not that you have been a good tenant with no improvements made to your unit, once the initial rental period is over, look out.
