These people are devils and crooks they get you in with low rates, then try to highjack you at your lease renewal and if you move out then they charge you for falsehoods, so if you can not prove them wrong, then you have to pay. ALWAYS take pictures before you move out. I have to say that Charlie in the office was also honest and nice. Brain the new manager is a lying Prick from hell.

Sometimes apartment communities will offer renewal leases with increases. Almost any item can go up and down in price, just like a house. I think Brian, who has been the manager since 2006 is nice and fair.
