For this apartment to be $800, they must have used low rate cost to build these apartments! The walls are so thin you can easily put a whole in the wall if you lean on it with just your body weight. I'm not a big person, I weigh only 120lbs. Not only the walls but the wall border on the floor in beyond chipped. The appliances are old (1989 stove and etc). The ceiling is so thin when my upsatirs neighbor jumps up and down you can see the ceiling bend. And he's smaller in weight than I am. The spiders are huge, the bugs are plentiful. My windows have air pockets in them, the frame isn't on right. My patio door doesn't roll or even open properly. The maintenance people are what I like to call 'extreme entry level' (don't know what they are doing). And the outside property problems I have is that out of all the area over here and all the tons of children that we have here in the complex, there isn't a playground. They put up a huge fence in the area that they could have bulit a playground. But instead it became a dog area. Even though we have a huge dog area around front, you still come out of your door with grass and walk way full of dog poo. Not to mention the many neighbors let there dogs out without a collar. It was reported to the front office, and all they did was send out a note. You think that helped' No, while reading the note at my front door I saw another dog and his owner out with no collar. This place totally bites!
