Autumnwood Apartments has recently went under a management reconstruction. Fortunately, I wasn't there when hell broke loose on a constant basis, but since I've been there it has been okay. Management is really nice and does everything to try to keep the tenants satisfied. Maintenance, on the other hand, is very slow and they make promises that they don't keep. I've only been there 2 and a half months so maybe I haven't been there long enough. But I am very satisfied with my apartment.
