Hey, we had another shooting this week! There's nothing quite like coming home to police security tape and news crews in the parking lot.

Since new ownership and management have taken over, this once habitable complex has taken a nosedive to slum-dom. They can't keep office staff, each service call requires no fewer than 6 calls to have the issue resolved, management allows too many people per apartment, and are indifferent to the rising crime in the complex. Porches are deteriorating, paint is peeling, noise levels are increasing and the thugs are moving in.

Cars and apartments are broken into on a near daily basis and there have been at least 2 shootings (domestic and drug related) in the past six months.

Unless the above description fits where you would want to live, go elsewhere!
