I rented two 1 bedroom apts from Beechwood. One for myself and one for my fiance while we planned our wedding. I had one major issue with another resident that I notified the property's manager of and it was taken care of within minutes. I was very impressed. My apt, our vehicles, and our storage was never damaged nor broken into. The pool was relaxing and never over crowded. My only complaint is with the after hours service. The service they use to notify maint. was not very good. Atleast maint. stated they never got the page.
Trying to come out of the complex towards I-24 can some times tax your patience as well.
