Yeah, they're cheap, but so are housing projects!

Dingy, gray apartments, a lot of noise, a snotty ----- working in the office and bothersome monthly "safety" inspections (I personally don't like the idea of strangers snooping around my home every month), and very questionable neighbors make Beechwood Terrace a waste of money. Don't make the mistake of signing a long-term lease here. VERY noisy late a night, and I never feel safe here. Spend a little more dough to live at a better complex across I-24 such as Autumnwood, Preakness or the Club at Hickory Hollow and you will be a lot happier. Better yet, move to Rutherford or Williamson County and stay out of Antioch all together.

I lived there during this time, and never had any issues like these. It could be that I lived up front close to the office and pool. I can not speak for the back side of the complex. The pool was always clean and the night time security guy would be right on top of noise complaints at night. He is the one who drove the black mustang GT at that time. The price was great. Our apartment was clean, and I didn't have any maintenance issues at all. My air worked great in the summer and the heat worked fine in the winter. I'd recommend these apartments.
