Hi!My name is Heather, and I am the Mgr. of the complex. I have worked here for 16 yrs. Unfortuanetly this is one of those web-sites that disgruntled ex-residents get to post opinions about things they may not necessarily have all of that facts about. Here are some TRUE FACTS about our comminity.#1-Our maintenance supervisor has been here 20 yrs, asst.mgr.-11 yrs, grounds-14yrs, courtesy-7yrs. I have residents on this property that have lived here since the property opened in 1985. In the 16 yrs that I have worked here, my mother and father, and numerous friends, including each of my staff members have lived on this property. I raised my child here, and would not have recommended a property to those I care about if I was not confident about this community. You can base your decision on heresay, or you can come out and visit our community and see for yourself why I, and so many others have called Beechwood Terrace their home for almost 2 decades. You will notice that I rated my community at a high rating, but did not claim perfection. We have a competent staff that takes pride in their work, because this is, afterall, their home, too. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Right, I'm sure you aren't biased or anything. It wasn't the worst place in the world... I can think of a few places in Memphis that would be worse, but it was dangerous when I lived there and I saw police cars non-stop.

you SHOULD listen to the people who say negative things about this community...they are the ones who can show the true colors of the apartment complex. it is not all rainbows and butterflies like heather suggests. there are more negatives than positives. if i had children i would definetly not move here.

You are biased!!! Our stay at Beechwood was a nightmare. Our apartment flooded 3 times!!!! The third time it ruined almost everything in the master bedroom. When i called the emergency line to get someone in maintenance to come turn off the water because it was flooding, it took him 2 hours to get there (he lives on the property). Our apartment had tons of spiders. We had it sprayed for bugs 3 times whiles we lived there and it didn't help at all. There were always cops in the parking lot for something. One morning I was walking to my car and was blocked in by a car that someone had stolen and dumped in the parking lot. This is not a safe place to live. I would not recommend it to anyone that i cared about. It is just a nightmare!!! Don't move there.
