I have been at Beechwood for almost one year now, and will be renewing my lease for another year. Heather and Brandy, office staff, have been most helpful to me. Anytime I have had to call for repairs, routine maintenance, etc., they have dispatched someone to tend to my needs within 48 hours...in emergency situations even sooner. The maintenance men are wonderful to interact with too. Overall, I would highly recommmend Beechwood Terrace.
