Thank God I was smart enough to sign a 6 month lease. I've been in customer service a long time. I understand what's it like to be on both sides of the field. I can honestly say that the staff did not adequately tend to my needs the way I feel they should have. I always felt brushed off by them because of their attitudes. I will say that when I had a maintenance issue they dispatched someone quickly. However, the problem never seemed to be solved. I had a terrible spider problem. Once there was even a centipede in my bed! Parking was horrible. If I didn't get home early there was no hope for a spot near my apartment. As a female that gets in late alone in that unsafe environment I didn't want to park far away. They say there's security, but it's nonexistent. On the same night one of my guest AND my roommate's car was broken into and considerable damage was done. They smashed the windows and took everything. It's not safe. The vandalisms happened on more than a couple occasions and we had no idea. The staff didn't seemed to be very concerned. I want to know where security was! Like someone said, you get what you pay for. I'd say there are so many tenants there because of low costs. Yeah, you should go see the community for yourself, and while you're at it check it out at night. Then try to imagine how safe you feel there while considering the car vandalisms and thievery occur often.
