this apartment complex is not worth 200 a month. the neighbors are scary, it is not safe to park your cars, (there were 3 car break-ins in 1 month...all parked right next to my car, so there was probably more than i know about) the noise is horrible and the apartment staff do absolutelty NOTHING about noise complaints. the apartments are old and have a lot of damage and look nothing like the models. if you like grass...too bad...you have a clover patch as a front yard. the only place that is landscaped are the signs out front and in front of the office. the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. the windows are awful. i feel like i am living in the projects and i am wasting my hard earned money.

Okay... NOTHING about Beechwood Terrace has changed on about 12 years. You couldn't possibly be from Nashville let alone Antioch if you didn't know all this before you moved in. You have nobody to blame but yourself for having this many problems. You have to be blind as a bat to not know you were in the hood. That's what you get for being cheap and expecting Moet on a Boones Farms budget.

I use to live here, but was not a local. I moved to the Nashville area from Ga. I actually got the apt. through a locator service. We drove up to Antioch to look at the apt., paid our deposit and handled the rest through faxes and phone. Let me tell you about my very 1st exp. here. As I was pulling into the complex in front of my husband who was in a 24 ft. ryder truck I see cops everywhere with a man on the ground. They all had their guns drawn at him. Apparently he was in a high speed chase and just happened to pull into the community. I am sitting in my car thinking "oh boy what have I got myself into?" The lady in the office assured us that this was a fluke. I can say where I lived at was pretty quiet. I know in the back they had a lot of problems, but I lived in the building across from the office. Also the security guy lived in our building too on the end in a 3 br. townhome. The only thing that happened there which really pissed me off is someone scratched up the side of my at the time new car. I would even park away from any cars on the other side of the lot, because I didn't want it to get any scratches on it. For some damn reason these people on the bottom floor parked their old junkie car right up under me one night and apparently they banged the side of my car when they opened their door. I really didn't have any problems myself with trouble makers there. When I lived there it was a mixture of whites, ------ and some --------. I would not by any means call these apt's the Hood. I've seen the hood and trust me Antioch comes nowhere near it. Go into zone 1 or 3 in Atlanta, then we can talk about the hood. :)
