i moved here from ohio and i thought it would be hard to rent and apartment , the staff at beechwood were fantasic ! i was able to come and see an apartment and sign the lease all in one day . their knowledge of the area was great . the helped me find locations to places i need to go to . an example of the oustanding service comes to mind , one noght the water heater about me had busted and was leaking into my apartment , keep in mind this was at 2 am and i had only found it because i had to make a pit stop to the restroom...thank god for that... i had found the problem and called the 24 hour hotline , to my amazment i had a member of the maintence team at my door in 10 minutes !!! he had the carpets pulled up and fans blaring within an hour ! my apartment was good as new in less that 12 hours ! heather , christina and crystal have been excellent in my stay here and i plan to renew my lease at the end of april 2008 with confidence that i have made the right decision to live at beechwood terrace, i would also like give a hand to the maintenace team and grounds keeper for keeping my home a clean safe place to call home
