We needed a short term lease due to relocation out of the country and Beechwood was one of the few to work with us to accommodate our needs. The staff has been very helpful and courteous at all times. We have had no security issues and just love it here. If I am ever back in Tennessee and need to rent, Beechwood Terrace will be my first stop. Heather, Christina and staff, you guys are AWESOME!
