Lets see; its too noisy out there. Expect ghetto neighbours only. Its next to road with Target and other stores so traffic noise could be another problem. Windows can be shut but it'd still make noise. Positive thing is that you can walk to Target store in case of an emergency. My fav convenience is that GoodYear is right next to my apartment, so i dont have to read magazines that i dont wanna read while getting my car's oil changed; just walk back in your sandals and shorts and sit at home. School bus stops right at the gate so its convenient for the kids too. They close this gate(which is actually a couple of poles) near me for no reason, so i have to drive all the way round to the other entrance without a gate. There are no gate passes (cards) which could be a good thing or bad depending on resident, but its a convenience to me. Swimming pool and tennis court is nice but the basket ball court is half assed and the floor's not even flat. They pay water though, but the shower is smartly designed to be sparingly with water to save them money. Its still better than Arbor Crest Blvd (Gables).
