Apartments are old, but are slowly getting updated appliances, etc. Management is strictly "by the book", so don't expect any favors. Pool is great, and they have a great pool party every year. Exercise room and tennis courts are okay, but the volleyball court and basketball court are jokes. They try to have good security, but apartments get broken into pretty often...guess that happens everywhere. Noise is a problem--you can hear through the walls and floors. Don't get an upstairs apartment---heat from the attic will keep your apartment uncomfortably warm and the AC simply can't cope with it. On the other hand, you probably will benefit from the downstairs neighbor's heat coming up through the floor.

I do think the management responds promptly to maintnance requests and complaints, so that is good.
