The Good: I have lived here for a year in the 1 bedroom. The rent is reasonable for what I got. The apartment staff and maintenance staff are very responsive. It is a good area, close to malls, shopping, etc.

The Bad: Antioch is way overcrowed. It is almost impossible to go anywhere on Bell or Murfreesboro Rd during a Sat afternoon. The units need a serious upgrade. Although the appliances are new, everything else is old. It is not wired well for phone, cable or DirecTV. I heard a loud squealing noise everytime the people above me showered (old plumbing').

Overall, except for the outdated apartment structure and occasional noise, this was not a bad place to live.
