The Good: Lots of parking. Maintenance shows up the same day or next. The apartment is big.
The Bad: Maintenance doesn't fix anything, they just band-aid the problem. The manager is not a leader and should never be in management again. Cars get broken into a lot.
My apartment flooded twice (due to rain) in one week. My bathroom sink backed up with someone else's SEWAGE (I'm talking nasty brown with lots of chunks/food in it), TWICE in a couple of months...I'm sure it will happen again soon enough. Yes I am stupid for staying here, but I only have another month on my contract.
Everything is old. There was water damage when I moved in, and even more now, I'm sure. I have been sick for 2 months now and I am pretty sure it has to do with mold in the apartment.
