These apartments are spacious but not very well maintained. Upon move in in our apartment there were alot of things that had to be listed on the move in check sheet. Old bathroom fixtures, Old wallpaper in the bathrooms and kitchen with some noticable tearing in places. There was actually dirty place all over the walls with wallpaper and writting from previouse residents. Wholes in some of the doors. No screens on some of the windows. I can say we haven't had any bug problems here. I did not want to move into these apartments to begin with but we had to make a decision quickly and my husband chose these because they had an apartment ready to move in. From the outside they look really bad my parents were afraid to leave their car parked when they came to visit. My neighbors across the hall have been broke in while I was home. Someone used a hammer and banged on the door by the door knob until they knock a whole in it and this was during the day time. Someone has painted things on the walls in the hall leading to our apartments. Cops are called at least once a month for something. My daughter who is in 7th grade has a very bad school. The younger ages have a great school. My neighbors downstairs complain alot just because we walk around so I would say the sound is bad on the lower floors. When people come home it is very loud because of the echo in the hallway leading to the apartments. Staff is no very helpfull. Very nice when you are looking and sighning lease but then act bothered if you have to talk to them.
