OK here's the deal half the staff is nice and friendly and does whatever they can to help. until you call and complain about things that don't work and need to be fixed. Then they catch an attitude and get short with you. the maintenance is slow to work and never fixes anything, and they never let you know when they're coming. if your sleep or in the shower they just simply let themselves in. my air hasn't worked properly since i moved in here. there are 6 air vents in the apartment only 1 blows air. The office says they won't do anything about the shabby duct work. my air has never turned off on its own since i've been here even though it's set to auto, which has raised my light bill at least $50 a month. they say they'll send someone over to look at the unit, and thats exactly what they do 3 days later, LOOK AT IT!!!! I also called to have them fix the cabinet doors that the hinges were painted over because it fell on my girls foot and it bruised it pretty bad. this was on a friday they said they would put in a work order and it would be fixed monday, but they didn't fix it till the following thursday and it's already loose again. But enough with the negative, at least the apartment is big HOT and roomy. Oh and if you do decide to move here bring plenty of lamps because they only have light fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen.
