Caught them!! Finally..over!! I see there has been a response from the manager at Bent Tree for my original comment about moving a new tenant in while still being in contract. Let's just say that the new tenant was so kind to fax us the original date of move in and proved Bent Tree was at fault and lied to us! We will now, almost 2 months later be receiving reimbursement! But, let's just say "it's not the money, it's the principle!!" And for some of us we will now be able to sleep a little bit better at night while others will still be having a hard time!!
