No problems...!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Although I lived there a while back, I must say that I miss it there - when my washer was broken, the staff gave me the keys to a vacant apartment to do my laundry until they were able to repair the one in my unit so I wouldn't have to go to a laundromat. That's great customer service! Once, they did misplace a check, but I had received confirmation notice from my bank that the check had posted, so all was fine - people make mistakes. I had received a puppy close to the end of my lease and the management didn't make me pay a pet fee for the short remainder of time left on my lease - many other places would have. And yes, they are across from some lower income housing, but in the 3 years I lived there I never had any problems except noise complaints from a little rowdiness from the tenants below, and security handled it promptly. I was able to make friends with my neighbors, and felt safe walking with my husband at night. Life there wasn't perfect, but it was a good value for the rent we were paying, the customer service was great and it was a heck of a lot better than the "upscale" apartment complex we're currently living in now.
The biggest downfall of the apartment itself was the age of the apartment made it extremely energy inefficient, and the skylights made my heating bills skyrocket in the winter. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
