Taking all in all into consideration Bent Tree is a great home. Yes it is true from what I have found out we do live next to low income housing. But that really does not bother me anymore. When I found out I went down to the office voiced my concerns and the leasing agent who talked to me made me feel like my concerns were valid dropped everything to speak with me and then said we needed to make the manager aware of what I felt so she took me into the managers office and left me with her. The manager was great! She made me feel like this was my home and that if I ever had a problem I could come and speak with her. I think the gates help a lot. When they go down they seem to be repaired with in a day or so. The grounds look better than ever. Maintenance here is great those guys go above and beyond the call. They are always willing to help.
I think they could try a little harder to keep trash off peoples porches and to keep the dogs and their piles out of main areas. I think they also could have a few more resident activites, there are a lot of singles here. Over all I am glad I moved here I feel at home and my family feels good about my move. The staff is wonderful my leasing consultant is crazy and out there at times but my Mom loved her when we first came and looked she took the time to put my Mom at ease. If you are looking for that at home feeling where people care then Bent Tree is the place for you.
