NEXT TO SECTION 8 PROPERTY

I declined living in this complex after being approved because it is right across the street from a government subsidized Section 8 property.
I lived at Valleybrook for a short time before it became government assisted. I can tell you some VERY BAD FOLKS moved into that complex. This complex is owned by the same complex.
This review is about BENT TREE though, but being next to a bad community turned me away.
The guy at the SUBWAY said he'd been robbed twice after this complex came here.
BENT TREE in itself was a nice community I thought, until I discovered the neighboring complex

I've lived here since 1995 and there was no apartment building next door. There was a hill with very nice trees and some brush around. It was a very nice quiet community. Since the Government built the apartments there were some problems' but you have problems anywhere you live. You can't blame everyone that lives in a section 8 community to be bad. There are some very nice people that live there. I know some of them that live there. Maybe you should question the parents of the kids who did this crime before you bash an apartment community who was an Innocent bystander. We all have to live together so learn to live with it. The police do check for activity, and you probibly don't see them because they do it at night when you are sleeping or when you are at work. This is a nice place to live. I've been here for a long time and I'm not planning on moving.

I couldn't agree more with Oldrenter06. Everyone knows one or a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch. So what if the place across the street is a section 8. That doesn't reflect one's character in the least bit. Hell, the Donald filed for bankruptcy at least twice...!
