'Word Of Mouth' really matters

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
We lived there for around 2 years.Its a long time. We had no problems with maintenance. It was quick and good. But they are nice with you till you are there. But on leaving the apartment, we were notified that we have to pay fee for leaving a plate and bowl and few little things in apartment. They were not ready to give us a single extra day while we were moving to another apartment.
WE all know 'WOM' ---''Word of mouth'''. And they should also be aware of this. That it really affects their future business.
So please be good to people who are staying there and also leaving.
We will not recommend this one to anyone else.
I think they are more keen on filling apartment.
And this is the first apartment where we saw Police so many times.
