Not A Safe Place To Live

I lived there in 1999. Looked like there was drug dealing going on in the building where I was living. Different people coming and going from an apartment downstairs from mine at all hours of the night. At one point someone smashed out all of the windows in that apartment. Management and maintenance staff were equally unpleasant to deal with.
