I've lived here since 1995 and there was no apartment building next door. There was a beautiful hill with trees and was very quiet. There were no reports of vandalism in this neighborhood until they built that section 8 properity next door. Maybe you should question the parents of the kids who did this crime. Bent Tree was an innocent bystander when the kids came in from this other community to rob the pizza dilivery man. Yes a policeman was posing to be a delivery man. Don't you think you should thank the police for stopping a murder' Yes the police do check the property. Things happen in every community you just don't here about all of them. Like I said, I've lived here for a long time. I'm not moving. I like it here.
