Having been a resident of Brent Tree for over 7 years, I think that I can give an adequate and creditable report on the complex.

Looking at the past, I could tell you A LOT of things that needed to be corrected about this complex. Early on, I even had my car stolen.....BUT.....under new management many things have changed.

From a security standpoint, we now have an iron fence and gate around the complex. The staff keeps a constant eye on "out of the ordinary" things on the property. These are things that weren't really there in the past.

The office staff is always accessible (even at night if it's an emergency)and the maintenance staff is always happy to help when they are needed.

Many have mentioned the "Section 8" property across the street. Yes, it's there, but at some point, we have to take responsibility for our own surrounding. The staff may not be here at night, but the residence are.....if you notice a problem....tell the staff. They do care and want to make this place the best that it can be.

Now, if you are considering renting an apartment, I recommend Bent Tree. It's a great and convenient place to live. If looking at the past and all of the improvements that have been made, are an indication of the future.....looks like Sunny skies at Bent Tree.....

anyone can spot fake reviews. (and especially the ones the office staff writes.) We can see right thru the "its the most wonderful complex" I've ever lived at reviews, when we know it isn't.

with an email address like that good thing you did not move to Bent Tree. Actually a resident who has lived here since 1999, who are you to say who is who at Bent Tree anyway. If I as the manager write on this sight I am not afraid and not made of glass, I will be happy to tell everyone it's me. Grow up!!

Dear Mr. Muscle....call the office, ask them to give you the telephone number for "Randy"....I'll give them permission. Then you can see that I "do not" work for the office, nor do I own stock in the company. I'm just a long-term renter. Then, you will be provided the opportunity to come back on here and say.."Okay, I was wrong....this review was from a real person...." Now, let's see if you do it or not.
