This whole area seems dangerous. There was shooting here in Antioch yesterday and over Christmas weekend one of the apartments here at Bent Tree was broken into. I don't feel safe. I hate it and I'm leaving. Please, live somewhere else for your own safety. I've learned my lesson.

I am the property manager of Bent Tree and perhaps you should be more informed of the happenings in every city. All zips codes in TN not just 37013 have crime. Because you live in this particular zip code you see more. Perhaps you should investigate Franklin or West Nashville. The apartment that was broken into was not broken into the window was left unlocked and the Christmas Tree with presents was right by the window for all to see. Only certain items where taken and the resident may have known the person. I am sorry you do not feel safe here all apartments here have alarms (most residents do not pay the $9.99 to hook them up unfortunately and they are usually the first to start yelling about crime.) Do you have your alarm hooked up since you live at Bent Tree? I am also not sure how long you have lived at Bent Tree but if these are the only happenings I would say we beat the odds of the bad rep in the Antioch area in general. Please feel free to come talk to me as my door is always open I am in the office Mon-Fri 8-5 and do not take a lunch. Most of these situations can be handled if residents would not be so afraid of the principals office and come and speak their mind, we always welcome your comments. JC Copeland
