I have lived here for two years. About to move out because I am getting another roommate and we are getting a house. I live on the third floor and love the high ceiling and sky lights. Have a nice wood burning fireplace (never use but its nice to look at) with wood accents around it. Only issue with living on the top is it can get warm in the summer because its hard to cool off during the day. The back gate is closed and the reason is because people kept breaking it by trying to get in, so they closed it. If a kid keeps breaking a toy, you are going to take it away eventually. They will probably end up doing something different but who knows. I am ok with using the front gate. Nice tennis courts that have lighting at night. I think the grounds keeping has gotten better. I always notice them working on it and the shrubberies are pleasant. I have had to call maintenance a few times and all times they have responded quickly and resolved the issue. Probably four times. The staff are very nice. They always remember what apartment I am in when I come to pick up packages. I have not had anyone break into my stuff. I feel safe. I am a guy. I have never felt threatened. It sometimes gets noisy because there are kids and families all over...but that is normal. Its not annoying, its just how it is. I have enjoyed living there and would definitely recommend it.
