This place has went down, down, down since I moved in almost 2 years ago. The grounds are not as nice as they used to be, people set their trash out for the animals to get in, and clean their cars out right in the parking lot and just leave the trash laying there. The office staff is not nearly as friendly as they used to be and they have on several occasions left nasty notes on all of the tentants doors instructing us what the concenquences will be for paying rent late (kind of upsetting when you know you work hard and ALWAYS pay your rent on time). My car has also gotten broken into there, my boyfriend was visiting from out of town and got his tires slashed, and there is constantly cars with broken windows out in the parking lot.
