Brentridge Apartments

Less than Desirable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Noisy due to poor construction in walls. NEVER live on a lower level apartment here! Mold is an issue, as well as bugs and spiders. Complex has been thru about 4 managers since I've been here, and the one presently managing is the worst. Maintenance responds slowly to requests. The a/c systems are so old, they dont cool adequately. For the money you pay to live here, there ARE better deals elsewhere. Complicated lease....Too many addendums. Frequent break-ins for cars, and there is NO security, period. Look elsewhere. you've been warned
