If you WANT problems with Brown Recluse Spiders(confirmed by pestcontrol services and dismissed by mngt), out-dated appliances, unresponsive management in emergency situations, shady neighbors, poor window & door insulation resulting in high utilities, noise problems due to poor construction,your car broken into, unlined ventilation systems piling dust from dry wall into your apt, extremely poor parking lot lighting and NO security,and upstairs hotwater heaters flooding your apt (3 times in 2 yrs) with yearly rent increases....by all means sign up for a lease!
